We settle the details by phone or email, then I send you an order — a secure, order-specific payment link. Add your company registration and VAT numbers to the form and the invoice goes straight to your company. No paperwork — I handle it.
Our aircraft are small and personal — room for the pilot plus 1 to 3 passengers, depending on the plane. For a larger team event (say, 8+ people), flights run as several rotations or with multiple aircraft at once, not one shared flight for the whole group. We'll work out the exact number of flights and planes with you upfront, so you know what to expect before booking.
Safety comes first. If conditions aren't right for flying, we reschedule the whole group free of charge to the next suitable date — no stress, no extra cost.
The earlier, the better — especially for larger groups or popular dates (weekends, seasonal events). Send us your rough timing and we'll find something that works.
