Scenic Flight Bratislava — Practical Info for Visitors
Share
Planning a scenic flight over Bratislava during your visit to Slovakia? Here's everything practical you need to know — from language to getting to the airport.
Booking in English or German
The entire booking process and communication with the pilot happens in Slovak, English, or German, whichever suits you. No need to worry about a language barrier — the pilot will walk you through everything in the language you're comfortable with.
Where the flight actually starts
Flights over Bratislava depart from M. R. Štefánik Airport right in the city, or Dubová Airfield just outside Bratislava. You'll get the exact address and directions from the pilot once your date is confirmed.
How much time to set aside
Beyond the flight itself (15 minutes to a full day for the VIP option), set aside 15–30 minutes for check-in and briefing before takeoff. We recommend building in a small buffer, especially if you're not driving directly to the site.
What to bring
Comfortable clothing for the weather, sunglasses, and a camera if you'd like — though in-flight photos are already included. We recommend carrying ID, especially for flights departing from the international airport.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate
Safety always comes first. If weather rules out the flight, we reschedule at no extra cost — flexibly, around your travel plans in Slovakia.
What you'll see
Bratislava Castle, the Danube, the Old Town, and the Small Carpathians in the distance — from a perspective you simply can't get from the ground.
